Gardina's in Oshkosh is great and delivered a fantastic dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and cozy atmosphere set the tone for a great evening. We started with the lobster dip, and it was divine. Creamy, flavorful, with hunks of lobster and perfectly paired with pita--it was the ultimate appetizer to share. I had the steak salad, and it was beautifully executed. The steak was tender, cooked to perfection, and paired with fresh greens, beans, tomato, cucumber and a tangy balsamic dressing that brought the whole dish together. A light yet satisfying option. We also tried the shrimp fettuccine, which was rich and indulgent in the best way. The pasta was cooked al dente, the shrimp were juicy and flavorful, and the sauce was robust without being too heavy. If you're looking for a place in Oshkosh that combines delicious food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere, Gardina's is a must-visit. Also, a great wine market in the back! We'll definitely be back!

Food was amazing! Service was well paced. The only downfall is that indoor seating was a long wait so we opted to eat outside and the chairs/tables are not sturdy enough to be actively cutting a steak on. I would recommend swapping those out for more comfortable seating and a table that wouldn't rock/shake/feel unstable while cutting.

The food and service here is excellent. I do however have some suggestions for the owner/manager of this fine establishment. It appears that Gardina's is trying for an upscale fine dining vibe. Maybe gastropub? With that in mind: 1: Trade the paper napkins for cloth. 2: Dress code for the waitstaff. Gardina's T-shirt's are fine....pair them with khaki slacks, shorts, skirt, capris.... Doesn't matter. The current mish mash of denim doesn't work. 3. Trade the plastic greenery for fresh flowers or even potted succulents. The crab cakes were the best I've had in about 10 years. The flatbread was fantastic...love the crust! Specifically saved room for the raspberry torte...and happy we did. It was scrumptious. The flavors, textures and presentation on everything was very good. Make the few changes/additions, adjust pricing accordingly and this will be a top notch place for a relaxing, upscale evening. PS: love the market in the back!!

Gardina's Kitchen & Bar had been on our radar for a while and last weekend we were finally able to give it a try. The service was attentive but not oppressive. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. Shout out to Dalton for his welcoming personality and hard work. We requested a high-top table along the street for a bit of scenery. Dalton gave us some recommendations on signature cocktails, and also took care to pace out the meal so all our food didn't arrive at the table at once. These nuances really elevate the dining experience. We started off with the Creole lobster dip which was phenomenal with chunks of lobster and a slow burn with the spice. Then we had the butternut squash bisque that packed a ton of flavor without being too heavily laden with dairy. For main entrees, I went with the garlic & chive New York strip steak while my wife went with the shrimp prosciutto fettucine. My steak was cooked to an impeccable medium-rare and seasoned very well. My wife's pasta dish was a bit lacking in substance and flavor, stating that it wasn't necessarily bad enough to send back but just ok. We then finished off the meal with red wine and the raspberry dark chocolate torte that was both decadent and indulgent. Overall, we were pleased with this establishment. I would definitely consider coming back to check out a few other offerings on the menu. Also, they have a liquor market in the back of the restaurant that keeps a formidable selection wines and spirits. Notably, the bourbon variety was impressive with competitive prices. Admittedly, I signed up for the Bourbon Insiders Rewards Club.

Best restaurant in Oshkosh because of their fresh locally sourced ingredients, staff is knowledgeable and they have an amazing wine and bourbon selection! Hours are limited though.

Small menu - authentic cuisine. Very reasonably priced. We were a little shocked how affordable it was. Great craft cocktails. Bourbon selection was almost all "high test" alcohol content. Risotto and halibut were amazing. BRaised beef ravioli very rich but very good. Bruschetta is not great and doesn't fit with how wonderful everything else was. Nice little gem with a long, bright future is they stay true to their mission.

There's 2 hour free parking nearby. This is a restaurant where you find seating yourself and the staff will come to you. This is where we waited a while to get served. We got the starter, Pear, Prosciutto, & Brie and the Gardina's Seasonal Risotto with Salmon. The food took longer than expected to come out. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the food. This has to be the best risotto I've had!
